Meet Magnum employees
Let's get acquainted!

My name is Kuralai, and for the eighth year now I have proudly called myself part of the Magnum team. I believe that a person's life can be as comfortable as possible if he is in harmony with the energy that moves in his space and changes over time. In other words, it’s good to be in the right place at the right time! And now this is exactly how I feel within the walls of my favorite office :) I talk more about my work on my Instagram page.

Share how your story with Magnum began

My story with Magnum began a long time ago, and was remembered by my desire for new horizons and growth. Starting as a salesperson in one of the stores, I soon moved to an office in the Commercial Department. Over time, I became the manager of the marketing research department, where we successfully implemented various projects. And now I am convinced that my passion for analysis and strategic thinking can be a good help in my work.

Today I am a Pricing and Price Monitoring Manager, where I have discovered a new passion. My experience and analytical skills allow me to develop in the field of pricing. I am not afraid to say that my career is a story of striving for professional growth and constant search for new challenges. With our team, we achieve high results and take on ambitious tasks.

I want to become a successful manager. Tell us what is needed for this?

An excellent manager is a person who has leadership qualities. I believe that a manager should inspire his team, set clear goals and deliver reliable results.

It is important to be a communicator and listen to your team to ensure clear understanding and communication. The ability to organize tasks and adapt to change is an integral part of the manager's role.

Caring about the development of the team, the ability to make quick and correct decisions, but the most important thing is humanity. Trust, empathy and honesty create a healthy team environment.
In my vision, a manager is a catalyst for success, creating favorable conditions for the growth and achievements of his team.

What advice would you give yourself at the beginning of your career?

If I could give myself advice at the beginning of my career path, the main thing is not to be afraid of new challenges and always move forward, striving for self-development and professional growth. My motto today is constant learning and the opportunity to become better every day.
