The student can choose one of the directions:

We form Magnum's long-term strategy and are responsible for the implementation of important digital and innovative products. We also help employees implement the Kaizen philosophy to continually improve performance
Project office
We increase business margins, build a strong brand and work to increase customer loyalty.
Marketing and communications
We are responsible for storing and searching for the most profitable routes and conditions for the delivery of goods throughout Kazakhstan. We make sure that our customer is always satisfied and can purchase the goods he needs in our stores.
Logistics and warehouse
We support stores, supervise utilities and help create a safe and comfortable workspace
Administrative support
We control the quality and timely performance of the functions and tasks assigned to other departments in Magnum, provide legal support for relations with partners and assess legal risks when making decisions.
Legal service and audit
We develop and maintain Magnum information systems, automate business processes and ensure uninterrupted work in stores and the head office.
IT
We plan and monitor the company's budget, control financial flows, and the most interesting thing is that we implement a BI system and robotic processes (RPA) for the entire company
Finance and Accounting
We care about our employees, improve efficiency and build a culture at Magnum, because people are our most valuable resource!
HR
We determine what goods and in what quantity will be on the shelves in the store, draw up planograms and analyze the Magnum assortment.
Commercial service
We are responsible for strengthening and developing stores in new regions and expanding the network's presence in places where Magnum already exists.
Construction
We are the ones who manage store operations, help simplify the buying process and ensure that all operating standards are met at all Magnum locations.
Operating activities
We create the best products of our own Magnum production and control their quality
Own production
We create conditions for the safe work of office and store employees, as well as monitor the safety of customers and the goods
Safety and security
We help to find the most profitable offers for the purchase of the necessary goods and services, as well as build honest relationships with our partners.

    I am studying at Almaty Management University with a degree in Logistics. In April-May 2022, I completed an internship at Magnum. I was sent to the transport department of the logistics division, where I dreamed of getting into! During the internship period, I consolidated and expanded the theoretical knowledge gained during 3 years of undergraduate studies, gained practical professional skills and work skills.     My internship was two months in the summer. It was a very valuable and fun time for me. If you want to be able to do something you couldn't, start doing something you've never done before. I trained as a baker and pastry chef. I had the chance to get into the Magnum kitchen for an internship. I saw a huge work of a small number of people. A low bow to all who have chosen this profession and love it. I wanted to express my deep gratitude for the opportunity to be part of the team of the bakery and confectionery shop. Who really wants to get a skill, test himself, novice confectioners and bakers - come to Magnum! After all, in no other place you can gain experience in a short time, and Magnum makes it possible to produce about a thousand products, or even more, in 1 day.
