The Magnum team launched its wholesale direction after recognizing a clear market need: more and more companies and entrepreneurs require convenient and cost-effective purchasing. Our goal was simple — to make the process easy, so clients can save time, place orders quickly in one place, and avoid unnecessary complications.
Today, we work with cafés, restaurants, retail stores, entrepreneurs, and large companies. We help them not only purchase goods but also build stable supply chains with transparent terms and conditions. From assortment selection to document processing, our team supports clients at every stage. Instead of dealing with dozens of suppliers and complex processes, our clients reduce routine work and focus more on growing their business.
How We Work
Our team prepares orders in advance, organizes deliveries according to a clear schedule, and supports clients throughout the entire process. We use modern and user-friendly digital platforms and communication channels to keep everything simple and transparent.
Our Team
The direction is driven by managers, logistics specialists, assortment experts, and an IT team. Each plays a key role: some work directly with clients, some manage logistics, and others develop and improve systems. The beginning was not easy — we had to build processes from scratch, set up supply chains, and prepare documentation. But this gave the team the opportunity to influence results, take part in developing the project, and see how an idea turns into a stable, operating business.

Sometimes the most unexpected ideas come right during work meetings. That’s exactly what happened with our team: colleagues from Marketing and the Operations Department suggested using the scale screens in our stores as an advertising channel. Before, the scales only showed the weight — now they’ve become a new way to communicate with Magnum customers.
After the first discussions, it became clear that we needed to fully automate the process for the project to work effectively. Our colleagues from the Automation Department proposed uploading ads through a robot and Telegram — fast, centralized, and without extra steps. The robot manages content on hundreds of scales, and Telegram sends notifications about every launch and update.
In just one month, the first ads appeared on the scale screens, and customers immediately noticed the change. Today, the screens on more than 700 scales across Kazakhstan show not only products, but also job openings, promotions, and useful announcements — turning into a new communication channel with our customers.
Project member Dinara says: “Scales can stay silent, or they can speak. We chose the second — and turned waiting time into an opportunity to communicate with the customer.”
For the company, this is a new source of revenue and a modern brand image. For the team, it’s pride in an idea that brought different departments together and took our technology to the next level.
The team proved once again: even familiar processes can become innovative when you look at them from a wider perspective.
