I am grateful for the internship experience.

My name is Alisher, I am 17 years old. Previously, I did an internship at Magnum. This is a great place with friendly staff and delicious food. At the beginning it was difficult for me to adapt, but after a very short time I realized that it was all easy - I just concentrated a little and began to act. At the moment I am working as a senior manager in one company and I am very grateful to Magnum for the internship experience.

I was an HR intern at Magnum. It was a rich experience - both professionally and socially. I had the opportunity to see the process and understand the recruiting system in a Company with a huge network of stores. And there was also the experience of communicating with HR employees, and with the candidates themselves for various positions in stores. Thanks to this, I was able to overcome my fear of communicating with people and improved my communication skills.

I’m studying marketing at UIB and completed a two-month internship in the Corporate Culture Department at Magnum’s Head office. It was my first experience in such a large company, and I was impressed by the scale, organization, and atmosphere. During the internship, I didn’t just improve specific skills — I gained valuable insight into how a large team operates and how a major corporation functions. This experience helped me better understand the direction I want to take as a future specialist.

An internship at Magnum opened up new prospects for development! I had the opportunity to do an internship in the information security department, where I gained basic skills in information technology and got acquainted with the work culture of a large company. The main thing that I got during the internship is experience and new acquaintances. I advise all students not to be afraid of new discoveries and undertakings!

During my internship in Magnum’s Corporate Culture Department, I saw how the company’s values influence both the work and the overall atmosphere. I study Management at SDU — this was my first experience working in a large team. I helped organize events and learned how internal initiatives function and how important team support is. I'm very thankful to my mentors for their guidance and support. This experience became an important step in my professional growth.

My life position is to cultivate in myself a craving for painstaking work and a desire to constantly be in search of new ideas to improve life - both my own and that of the whole society. Once at Magnum, I became part of a team where every employee finds self-improvement in every task, and thanks to the team, I learned to challenge myself. I am grateful to the Company for the acquired skills that helped me better understand myself and my interests, and for the opportunity to be in demand in the labor market. Over the entire period of work, I was able to improve my professional skills, first of all, due to my perseverance and desire to learn something new, and of course, subsequently, the positive influence of the team on the manifestation of my abilities at work. Employees of the Company instilled in me a love for my future profession! I am studying at Almaty Management University with a degree in Logistics. In April-May 2022, I completed an internship at Magnum. I was sent to the transport department of the logistics division, where I dreamed of getting into! During the internship period, I consolidated and expanded the theoretical knowledge gained during 3 years of undergraduate studies, gained practical professional skills and work skills. I hoped that this internship would help me overcome my boundaries, shyness and fear - and I was not mistaken! My internship was two months in the summer. It was a very valuable and fun time for me. I chose the HR department and hoped that this job would help me overcome my boundaries, embarrassment and fear - and I was not mistaken!
